The Spatial Attributor tool attributes one feature layer
based on the attributes of a spatially coincident
feature from another feature layer. A source feature
layer is used to spatially query a destination feature
layer. Either the source or destination features
can be attributed based on the other. The Spatial
Attributor requires an Edit Session. Additional options
include assigning conflict values and protecting
annotation text strings when feature linking annotation
features.
